Kings Gate is a luxurious development located on Victoria Street in the heart of Westminster, London. The project involved the transformation of an existing office building into two new buildings that incorporate retail, office space, and housing.
We collaborated with Lynch Architects to enhance the development’s aesthetic appeal and street presence. We utilized integrated lighting to activate the primary facade, creating a striking concrete veil that protects the privacy of occupants while adding a touch of luxury.
