Jinan NIO House is a single traditional-style building located in Kuanhouli Commercial Street. After collaborating with Lukstudio, we first saw the original appearance of the original site without renovation. We are very much looking forward to this project – integrating traditional elements while maintaining a unified image.
As a traditional style building with local characteristics of Jinan, we pay special attention to the protection of the cultural heritage building itself in the whole process of design, in the overall architectural lighting approach to the building itself, based on the conventional display surface lighting, emphasizing the front façade lighting, while using a combination of internal and external lighting, the outline of the concealed strip lighting method of mandatory expression of the building’s personality and rustic temperament at night. For the high-end new energy brand lighting design needs to take into account both display and experience functions, the indoor lighting part seeks to create a bright and open space feeling, simulate different scene patterns for different space functions, and different lighting methods for different space audiences, and overall create a clean and transparent atmosphere
