The Hotel Faro is a five-star accommodation located in a privileged enclave in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. Its name refers to the iconic Maspalomas lighthouse that can be seen from the pool and terraces of the complex.
The lighting proposed for this hotel is especially warm and dim, seeking to generate intimate and comfortable atmospheres. In the rooms, the LED strips provide an indirect and diffused light from the furniture and from the curved pits that, with their shape, deepen the idea of warmth and comfort to accompany the rest of the interior design. The decorative luminaires are combined with the black lines of the headboard of the bed, the decorative elements and the exempt sink being integrated into the whole without going unnoticed.
The appliques on the terraces of the rooms redraw the also curved shapes, which give a very characteristic image to the facade.
In the common areas, the warm, almost amber lighting of the pits, the technical luminaires and the decorative luminaires, chosen with care by the property, gives coherence to the whole and contributes to generate a relaxed atmosphere that redirects the gaze towards the privileged landscape that can be contemplated from the hotel.
